                                ORDINANCE NO. 9576
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION 
                   OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($350,000.00) FROM THE FUND BALANCE 
                   OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE CHATTANOOGA 
                   HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE 
                   PROPERTY LOCATED AT TWO MARKET STREET.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the appropriation of $350,000.00 from the fund balance 
       of the general fund to the Chattanooga Housing Authority for the 
       purchase of the property located at Two Market Street.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance 
       shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
